She and her husband end up spending their wedding night at the hospital. Medicine is missing from the hospital pharmacy and Elisa is the one one who has the keys, so Ferreira automatically assumes that she took them, putting Santiago in a difficult position. Vilches orders Javier to spend the day with Ramón, whose relationship with Esther provokes Rusti's jealousies. With Paula's help, Andrea attends a teenager who is a model and takes pills to stay slim. Yolanda tries to steal something in a shop and Cecilia is very angry with her.

Both want to be together again but don't recognize it. Elisa thinks that Santiago has forgot her wedding anniversary, but it's in a mistake. She remembers a lot Cecilia and is depressed after her death. Mario and Vilches compete for the place of chief of the unit of short stay.

Joaquín agrees on the condition that his son and Leonor help him during the intervention. The operation is a success and Joaquín offers to employ Javier and Leonor with him at the private clinic. Javier refuses, but Leonor believes that she should think it over.
