Nephews of Cavit Sonmezoglu, the most famous godfather of Istanbul, were killed in a barber shop by an unidentified person. Cavit wants to hire Galip for discovering the killer. Galip turns the offer because of his fear of mafia. The intelligence office wants to use Galip for tracing Cavit and they offer Galip to becoming a police officer again. Galip accepts this and tries to find the killer. Also, Hulya flirts with Cavit's nephew Ali, but soon she finds out that she was tricked by him.

Galip meets with a man who said him that he got some news about Belgin's killer. But Galip says that the news are wrong and he struggles with the man. The man beats him with a iron bar and leaves fainted Galip in the back of his truck. When Galip wakes up, he finds himself in Tarakli, a little town in Sakarya Province and finds out that he was robbed and he lost his memory. A woman called Saniye wants to benefit from his state and she introduces him as her husband to everyone. A waitress called Secil was killed and with his lost memory, Galip tries to solve the murder.

Sevda Emek, a friend of Galip was murdered after her trip to Greece. When Galip was shopping in a supermarket, he meets with a man called Ercan. They become friends and Galip gives importance so much to their friendship. Hulya and Izzet become suspicious about Ercan, but Galip defends him against them. Meanwhile Sevda's boyfriend, who was a suspect, was found murdered in a restaurant and Galip tries to solve the double murder.

Because of that, he quits from his job and decides to become a singer. Meanwhile, Galip reluctantly goes to the dentist and solves both cases.

Meanwhile, Hulya's ex - husband Naim shows up in Yusuf's birthday and tells that he wants Hulya and Yusuf back again to his life. Hulya decides to move to Adana, where Naim lives but soon she finds out that she fooled by him.

Galip tries to solve the case, but finds himself in an unexpected situation.

Meanwhile, a second incident occurs and the owner of the junk store, Muhsin is also found dead. Galip thinks that two people are murdered by someone. An Azerbaijani businessman buys one of Galip's paintings and Galip becomes very happy because he starts to earn too much money from his paintings.

Also, Galip's neighbor Hayri becomes involved in the unsolved cases with his girlfriend, Gulten.
