Mystery and surprise await Emma and William. The young maid accompanies Dorothea to visit an enigmatic woman known only as "Mrs. Trollope." Meanwhile, William attends a rendition of Romeo and Juliet at his sister's stead out of obligation, but an unexpected run-in shocks him.
