Arden arrives back at the house with news that Miranda had decided not to return. The group has to decide on a new female roommate. Their choice, Sammy, turns out to have had an embarrassing experience with Aldo.
After Aldo faints while jogging, the group convinces him to get a physical, which involves an HIV test. When the doctor leaves a message that he wants to speak to Aldo personally about his test results, the group anxiously wants for the doctor to call back, while Aldo begins to believe the worst.
Eddie is hesitant about meeting his pen pal (Kathy Ireland) after lying about his looks so Aldo is happy to pose as him when the woman looks like a super model.
The beach house exceeds its maximum occupancy, when all six housemates invite houseguests to stay the same weekend. However, the problem isn't a problem for the houseguests when all of them pair up, leaving each of the six housemates "sexiled" in their living room.
