Lucas has seemingly gone mad and is now having conversations with Edouard Kagame. Alec thinks Lucas may have hijacked some of the code for his all-seeing computer program. He has a plan to find him but Emily thinks he should destroy the program and be done with it. Mayoral candidate Jim Martin is facing pressure from both Sonya and Travis.
