Alien Evidence

Sat, Jul 30, 2005
For 60 years the British and American governments have been secretly investigating unexplained UFO sightings from Rendlesham to Roswell. In 1947 the US Air Force even issued a press release announcing that they had got possession of a flying saucer. But this extraordinary outburst of openness didn't last long. The secretive and suspicious nature of the military soon took over. Now Danny Wallace sets out to find just what we haven't been told. His journey of exploration takes him from the spooky forests of the Suffolk countryside to Roswell in New Mexico - the epicentre of conspiracy theory.

Waco Assault

But was the Waco a legitimate operation against child-molesting gun-runners - or a heavy handed massacre of deluded innocents obsessed with the Book of Revelation? Lockerbie & The CIA
In January 2001 a junior Libyan intelligence agent was convicted of Britain's biggest mass murder. He was said to be a key conspirator in the successful plot to blow up a Pan Am air liner. This was the plane which plunged into the village of Lockerbie, causing the deaths of 270 people. But what if the Lockerbie Libyan was an innocent victim of intelligence cover-ups and conspiracies? What if the Libyans, who have admitted their part in the atrocity, actually had little or nothing to do with it? Danny Wallace has been following the Lockerbie trail - and seeing how it points as much to Syria and Iran - still top targets on America's blacklist - as it does to Libya. He's been asking who did plant an innocent-looking Japanese radio set - which brought death and destruction to a Scottish village?
