Matthew and Andrew are going camping as pioneers so Andy can earn an achievement badge and Joey is not excited about going because there are too many rules of camping as a pioneer and Loyd goes as the pioneer camp master. Unfortunately a storm is happening at the location so they decide to camp indoors in the garage they work in and marking certain parts of the garage to make sure they are completely isolated from civilized luxuries. Claire and Lou decide to stay in to watch tear jerking romance films.

Matt's co-worker at a pizza place falls for Joe while Andy develops a crush on her young cousin. Lloyd steals a pig from outside a Chinese restaurant worried that it will end up on the menu.
Joe starts to date Kristin after Matt tells him they are "just friends". When an ice-cream vendor brings his truck into the garage for customizing, Andy gets some grand ideas.
