Another year kicks off at Degrassi. The claws come out when Sav decides to run against Holly J for Student Body President. Holly J is determined to win, no matter how ruthless she has to be. Meanwhile, Fiona's new boyfriend might not be as nice as he seems.

Fiona's new outlook on life opens her eyes to her boyfriend's anger issues. Will she be able to help him or will she end up in danger? Holly J convinces Anya to pull a nasty trick on Sav to get him to drop out of the election. Dave makes a play for Alli.

Fiona runs away to Degrassi when life gets too stressful in New York. The entire school falls for Anya's lie, which jeopardizes Sav's chances in the election. Jenna misunderstands the surgery Clare plans to get and rumors spread like wildfire.

Once the election results come in, Anya has to tell one more lie to cover up for her previous deception. Holly J's devious streak continues when she betrays a friend in order to pay for a private tutoring course.

Riley's chances at making quarterback are nearly ruined when his rival Drew threatens to "out" him in front of the entire school. Rather than risk embarrassment, Riley takes matters into his own hands. Alli tries out for the power squad.

Riley's rivalry with Drew goes so far it may wreck his chances for becoming a quarterback. Alli starts her own dance squad to compete but things don't go as planned. Jenna interferes in KC's family life when she discovers his mother is trying to contact him.

KC's mother enters his life again and wants to regain custody of him. But is KC ready to accept her? Similarly, Clare's new English partner Eli helps her confront her own family problems. Alli and Drew play a racy stripping game at a party.

Life is good for KC until his mom shows up to win back custody. When his BFs give him grief about allowing her a second chance, he starts hanging with a tougher crowd.

Sav tries to prove he is responsible in order to impress his parents. Even if he has to tell a few white lies to stay in their good graces. Jenna obsesses over her weight because of an upcoming photo shoot for the power squad.

Sav risks his presidency, reputation, and parents' trust when he sneaks out to a concert. Jenna is humiliated when her diet pills cause not-so-attractive side effects. Fiona, lonely once again, seeks the company of an unusual companion.

College choices and job hunting become the least of Holly J's worries when she discovers incriminating photos of Declan. Does absence really make the heart fonder? Fitz bullies Adam and Eli while Wesley, Dave, and Conner start a band.

Declan surprises Holly J by showing up in town. Her offers her financial support, leading Holly J to have to chose between Declan and her self-respect. Eli plays a trick on Fitz as revenge for all the bullying.

Alli wants to be Drew's full-time girlfriend but can she really put an end to his wandering eye? Sav and Holly J work together to throw the perfect school event.

Drew misses Alli and decides to give her what she wants, at least for now. Sav and Holly J make a surprisingly good team on the Student Council and on their free time.

Adam's hopes of fitting in are crushed when everyone discovers he is transgender. Anya suspects her mother is having an affair but what she discovers ends up being even worse.

Adam's friends and family don't understand why he identifies as male. Anya puts on a brave face for her mother's sake.

Alli assumes Jenna's pregnant when she starts showing symptoms, but she's too worried about her audition to take these symptoms seriously enough. When K.C. fails to be supportive of her potential teen stardom, Jenna gets stage fright and runs off to vomit during the audition. K.C. eventually shows up late and tells her to march in and try again. She succeeds and, when she returns home, takes a pregnancy test with Alli by her side. After a long three minutes of waiting, the result is positive and she is pregnant.

Jenna must deal with her biggest fear, being a teen mother. With her parents out of the picture, and just her brother to rely on, she seeks comfort in K.C., only to find out that he expects an abortion. After finding out she is already 20 weeks along, and it is unsafe to abort, K.C. wants nothing to do with the baby and says "he doesn't need this", Ending their relationship.

Riley attempts to fit in with the guys by making gay jokes, which upsets Zane. Trying to make things better, he attends an LGBT meeting. Eli and Clare's romance takes off only to crash when Eli distances himself.

Riley will do anything to win Zane back. But when he violently overreacts to homophobic comments from some guys on the football team, Riley throws their renewed relationship into jeopardy.

Fiona begins abusing alcohol to cope with the trauma of her ex-boyfriend's violent abuse towards her. Meanwhile, Riley is ambivalent about being recruited for college football because he's gay and fears the potential for prejudice.

Fiona attempts to self-medicate and ease herself of the stress she's been having, but her method of relaxation could ruin her legal case against Bobby Beckonridge. Riley's feeling the pressure of being an openly gay athlete as Coach Barnes has come to scout him.

Clare agrees to go on a date with Fitz in order to get him to stop bullying Eli, but Eli suspects something more is going on. Meanwhile, Bianca lures Drew to her favorite boiler room for a quickie, and Alli suspects he's cheating on her.

Eli puts vomit-inducing syrup in Fitz's drink to poison him, which he finds humorous, but it escalates into something much more serious at the upcoming school dance. Meanwhile, Alli tries to cope with Bianca's inappropriate behavior.

After the myriad issues that occurred at the school dance, Principal Simpson enforces a major crackdown on Degrassi in an attempt to curb the sex and violence between students. This includes a dress code and a ban on unsupervised clubs.

Alli makes a drastic decision after her parents discover her school file, including her STD test and sexual problems. Meanwhile, Jenna uses her teen pregnancy to boost public interest in her during the singing contest.

Declan's back for a visit and he wants Holly J back too and Sav's not to happy about it. Will she choose their loaded history over her 'casual' thing with Sav? Clare starts to consider getting a piercing and disobeying parents.

Claire uses Eli, an atheist emo boy, to upset her evangelical Christian parents in the hopes that it will distract them from separating. Meanwhile, Holly J. is hurt and confused after a sexual experience with Declan.

Clare can't stop her parents' divorce, and infuriated, she has a crisis of faith and turns closer to Eli for comfort. Wesley is hurt when Dave, wanting to impress his cool new friends, starts totally ignoring him.

As Clare's family crumbles and her parents sell their house, she's left feeling totally unwanted and irrelevant in her own home and turns to Eli for comfort, meanwhile Eli's parents have a strange offer. Adam likes Fiona, but so does Drew. Will the rivalry make Drew admit that he still doesn't consider Adam as a guy but as Gracie? Who will get Fiona in the end?

Wesley is ready for his date with Anya. He might be a little too excited when he unexpectedly gets a surprise in Media Immersion. Jenna and Sav develop a romantic relationship while working on a duet for the Wishing Star Week. But things get complicated when Jenna makes her move and we find out that the romantic infatuation might only be one sided. Jenna might be in over her head when she attempts to take on Holly J. to win Sav in a battle she might already be losing unknowingly. Later in the class Adam meets up with Fiona who seems to complain about not wanting to go to the dance because she can't seem buy this new dress. Fiona talks about how her New York parties were the best compare to parties thrown by the school. Eli and Clare take Adam to a secret place of worship. They found during their urban adventures. Adam complements them and think this is a perfect place for a party.

Jenna puts Sav and Holly J's relationship in jeopardy. Holly J. tells Sav about the night she spent with Declan and they go through a breakup. But when K.C. tells Jenna he wants to get back together with her, she's determined to get Holly J and Sav back together. Whatever it takes, right? That includes forcing Holly J's manager to let her off work early, making Holly J go to the secret party and pretending that Jenna is going to have her baby to get Sav in the limo alone with Holly J. They come out of the limo and Holly J asks if they can go back to the way they were. Sav says that he'll have to see with a kiss. They get back together. Adam invites Fiona to the secret party he had planned especially for her but finds himself disappointed when she doesn't show. Wesley and Anya go on their first date, but it's nowhere near perfect as it was set out to be. Wesley realizes that Anya likes Dr. Chris and Anya realizes that Wesley thought they were dating. He tells her to go get them some coffee but it's later revealed that he sent her for coffee so that he could leave and she and Dr. Chris could hang out.

Adam enlists Fiona to be the female lead in something that Eli and Claire are putting together. It also seems that this could help Adam get his chance with Fiona. Anya is actively going after her crush Dr. Chris and he seems to be into her too. Unfortunately Anya decides to leave one important detail out of her new relationship. Dave asks out a girl that he likes but later finds out that she is taller than him. Will his friends make fun of him or will he able to ignore them and continue on with his flame.

Adam's upset when Fiona feels the need for champagne in order to be with him. Anya goes on a date with Dr. Chris and they hit it off but she's afraid to tell him just how young she is. Dave meets a girl but has a problem that she's taller than him.

Drew has developed a new reputation after he hooked up with Bianca in the boiler room which makes him undesired among the Degrassi female population, well most of the female population. Bianca is still interested in Drew but he at first ignores her advances. Then after continued advances Drew gives in he gives in. Riley is trying to take an interest in Zane's hobbies but it doesn't fit the bill. Alli is trying to make friends at her new school.

When Riley's mom catches him and Zane being affectionate she goes into full denial. When Drew tries and fails to get the gang to accept his relationship with Bianca, he makes a bad decision. Alli's attempt at reform goes off the rails when her mom catches her holding a cigarette and mom refuses to believe that it belongs to her 'perfect' new friend Malika.

Fitz is out of juvie and tries to tell to Eli and Clare that he's reformed and found God. Clare may forgive easily but will Eli? Sav needs a drummer for his college audition track but the best candidate will cause him family problems. KC tries to be supportive of Jenna but his laid-back attitude isn't meshing with her anxiety level.

Alli runs away and while searching Sav confronts his dad about really listening to her. KC and Jenna agree to babysit for their parenting coach's six year old and learn that their style of parenting is not hers. When Fitz shows up on Clare's doorstep she takes him in despite her misgivings.

While the Bhandaris continue to search, Alli lies low with an old friend. Meanwhile Wes goes for a world record for the Guinness Book and Holly J and Chantay do work study for a local politician but Holly J is feeling stressed and run down.

Despite passing out in class while giving a presentation, Holly J. tries to continue denying that she's sick. Wes makes his attempt to set the Guiness record for most pogo stick jumps in a 24 hour period. Johnny gives Sav a heads up after Alli has an encounter on the mean streets and Sav tries to convince her to come home.

When Anya complains that Owen's attentions during CPR class were making her uncomfortable, he gets bounced from the class. Allie returns to Degrassi but has to deal with her reputation and seeing Drew and Bianca being affectionate. Fiona finishes her rehab program but must immediately head for New York and a confrontation with Bobby about his abuse.

Fiona has words with Adam about what she sees in him and has to re-evaluate her dating tastes. Alli and Clare organize a math tutoring session in hopes of raising the standardized math test results but the sessions force Allie to deal with Drew. Anya re-evaluates her feelings about Owen after he apologizes for his actions in CPR class.

Eli wants Clare to come to Bloomington with him and his folks for a goth fiction convention. Jenna is upset that KC isn't taking the impending birth as seriously as she thinks he should. Holly J tries to get a handle on her real feelings about her relationship with Sav.

When Anya clues Holly J in on Fiona's real feelings for her, Holly J tries to act natural. Jenna is sorry about how tough she's been on KC and asks the guys to throw him a bachelor party of sorts. After their discussion about Clare needing some breathing room, Eli gets even more intense.
