Cap'n O. G. Readmore and his friends are holding their Book Club meeting on a rainy, eerie night. They select the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Wordsy is then kidnapped into the story and Cap'n O. G. follows to rescue him.
Mayor Van Winkle (Lou Jacobi) awakens following a fall and discovers that children have taken over society. Mayor Van Winkle, who is now in a society where kids act like adults, learns an important lesson about the rights of children.
