Dr Onyeka travels through Edinburgh, exploring the city's Old Town, including the first medical school in the country. He learns how overcrowding led to disease, fires and building collapse, which led to the establishment of the New Town.
As Dr Onyeka ventures through parts of London, which can be seen as the heart of Victorian Britain, he learns how Victorian Londoners spent their spare time - from respectable activities through to more seedy entertainments.
