When Ville Vessla comes across a magic lamp, he intends to deprive Ture Sventon of what he loves most. At the same time, Irma needs the lamp to save the life of her terminally ill mother.

When the lamp ends up with the Russian villain Oligarko, it's good that Ture knows his weakness. The hunt for the desirable lamp is turned up and Ture is faced with a difficult choice.
