1944. A sabotage group led by Captain Sergey Tumanov returns from behind the front line after completing an important task. In order to break away from the pursuit, Tumanov makes the difficult decision to get rid of two captured German officers - otherwise the lives of his people will be in danger. Later, for this decision, Tumanov is arrested by NKVD officers, but the experienced saboteur manages to escape.

This is the story of 12 jurors who must decide: is a Chechen youth guilty of murdering his adoptive father, a Russian officer?

This series attempts to make sense of the origins and increasingly complex present forms of global fascism and considers the actions we need to take to protect our society from this insidious ideology.
