Follows Max and Bastian from the age of 12 to 14. Max was born a girl, but he just came out as a transgender boy. Bastian was born a boy but is starting to feel like a girl. How do you figure out who you are when your mind and body are constantly changing? And can one be something in between the sexes? Max and Bastian fly through the turbulent transition from childhood to adolescence, where big existentialist questions create chaos inside. Should I stop my puberty and change my gender? What if I regret it?

In October 2017, a large-scale exhibition featuring 42 Japanese artists was held in Nantes, France.
