Skif and his group are ambushed in a hangar while searching for his missing team by a Scav, and are ambushed by a rival western PMC, USEC. This results in a subsequent firefight.
Skif and his group now approach a compound in the woods of Tarkov. Skif, believing his men are there, move inside the building and skirmish with the local Scav population, who are then routed by USECs who are on their tail.
Skif discovers that his chief, and his former group has been killed by a USEC group in a Terragroup lab. He and his new group now rally for payback against USEC, leading a charge on their compound in the industrial district of Tarkov.
Skif, being the sole survivor of his team gets into a fight with a USEC survivor, Mike. The two battle, and in an ensuing fistfight, Skif and Mike are ambushed by Scavs. They team up to kill them, and agree to try and Escape from Tarkov.
Skif finds a case his group was looking for in Mike's bag, leading to him trying to use it as payment for passage out of Tarkov. Mike discovers this, and reasons with Skif. They both decide to hand the data over to the media, and escape.
