As an ominous spaceship orbits Earth, the sinister Revoler and his five generals prepare to unleash chaos. Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, teenager Cody and his friends Alex and Alyssa stumble upon a meteor crash, uncovering ancient Dino Mana Orbs with mysterious powers. When a menacing monster attacks, the trio unintentionally morph into the Red, Blue, and Pink Dino Force Rangers. Guided by visions of dinosaurs and newfound weapons, they fend off the creature. Following a strange signal, the group discovers a hidden command center run by their science teacher, Dr. Edward Payne, who reveals their connection to the legendary Power Rangers lineage. A new team rises to defend Earth from an ancient threat.

It begins with a recap of the Rangers' first battle against Revoler. Cody, Alex, and Alyssa struggle to balance their new responsibilities as Power Rangers with school life. Meanwhile, Revoler, angered by his previous defeat, unleashes a powerful new monster, Stoneclaw, to wreak havoc on Earth. When Stoneclaw attacks the city, the Rangers spring into action, morphing into their Dino Force forms to confront him. Despite their best efforts, Stoneclaw's thick armor and powerful energy beams prove to be a serious challenge. With guidance from Dr. Payne, the Rangers summon their Dino Zords for the first time. Cody pilots the mighty T-Rex Zord, while Alex and Alyssa command the Tricera and Ptera Zords. Working together, the Rangers and their Zords overpower Stoneclaw, ultimately defeating him in an explosive battle. Back at his lair, Revoler vows revenge, as the Rangers celebrate their victory and prepare for the challenges ahead.

As the team regroups, Fury Fang's unexpected actions hint at deeper motivations, setting the stage for future confrontations.
