A car is stolen at gunpoint but when trying to evade two pursuing Interceptors at over 100 mpg the car crashes and the armed and dangerous gang try to make a run for it. Mike Bignall and Grant Snow are on the lookout for a suspected stolen Ford Fiesta and on a stakeout the team capture a gang of four burglars with stolen property found in the car. The Interceptor helicopter, police cars and an armed response unit are pursuing a people carrier carrying two men who, three months earlier, had stolen a significant amount of money from a security van.
