All of the characters are introduced as the stage is set for total annihilation. The Outsiders threaten Earth and a team is assembled to covertly combat them. The set moves from Earth to the Moon as the government repositions the team to keep watch over the Earth, but things only worsen as the Outsiders invade the orbiting base. The team fights to survive on the desolate wasteland that we call the Moon.
