The kuflis arrive at a meadow, where they quickly decide to build their future homes. They all choose a cosy hole in the mound, and start digging with their pocket spades.
The kuflis are feeling particularly hungry one morning, so Lilwed goes on a journey to find something to eat. She finds some mushrooms, which she eats, despite the warnings. After Lilwed is turned into a squirrel shaped balloon, she has to find a way to transform back, and find food her friends.
Suddenly the sky turns cloudy above the Meadow, and a huge rain floods the kuflis' homes. They have to go on a journey to find a way to "drain away' the water from the Meadow.
On the International Day of Hide and Seek, the kuflis decide to play a game of hide and seek. Everyone finds a great hiding place, except Bela. But soon, with some help, he manages to find a good hiding place in the woods.
The kuflis receive an invitation to a costume ball, so they come up with the oddest costumes ever seen. Firdle tops everyone with his purple button balancing outfit.
This is any day in August , which is exactly Titus's birthday. The kuflis try to come up with a good gift idea, but they go home empty handed. Luckily, they find a bag of seeds, which comes handy as a present.
On a summer night, Firdle and Jello can't go to sleep because of the full moon's brightness. Jello wants to turn it off just like a lamp. So the kuflis go on a journey to "find the switch".
Hilda and Bela go for a walk on a summer afternoon. They soon find an odd looking keyhole on a tree. After they find the matching key, and turn it in the keyhole, everything turns upside down. Literally.
One morning Firdle wakes up, and he can't find the kuflis' mound and the Meadow. Everywhere he looks, whiteness shrouds everything. He realises, that the clouds sleeping on the meadow are causing this, so he tries to wake them up.
On a spring morning Lilwed arrives home with an interesting animal. Firdle finds out, that it's a gluttonous bear-lizard. Lilwed keeps it, despite Bela's warning. Lilwed's pet soon becomes bigger, and bigger, and bigger.
Titus and Lilwed are looking for some good-berries on a winter's day. The good-berry bush is guarded by a strange folk. The kuflis have to stand a test first, to be able to pick from the bush. Titus manages to pass the test, but something goes wrong on the way home.
The kuflis are holding a lying-on-belly contest, when Zoz hears sighs from somewhere. They find a Moss Mankin, who escaped from a nearby forest. Unfortunately, he can't eat the kuflis' foods, only moss. But they soon find a helpful Talking Log.
Bela organizes his moth-eaten tie collection, when Jello decides that he wants to collect something as well. The kuflis go on a journey to find some collectibles, but they only return with a life-size Firdle, which could be called a successful mission.
