Goku helps Yoko, his old policewoman friend, investigate a string of bizarre suicides, all of which were of cops investigating a mysterious crime boss.
Goku is hired by a desperate woman, Ryouko, to prevent her brother Ryu - a rampaging cyborg super-soldier - from exacting deadly revenge against their father.
