A boy named Hajiki Sanada is assigned to make a special delivery to a mysterious client, which leads to nothing but trouble once he accidently discovers the mysterious black cube known as a GAD inside!
Hajiki uses the GAD to form a techode and drives away dangerous enemies; however the mysterious client Hajiki was supposed to deliver the GAD to has reappeared.
Hajiki becomes annoyed upon learning that Hachisuka has hired Catherine. Meanwhile, Aiko Harmony, the daughter of a wealthy electronics company owner, secretly has her own GAD.
Takumi learns that Mary, one of the police officers, has taken a second job at a dream palace. Aiko's father invites all the Techode owners to his place for dinner.
Arashi tries to look for Hajiki, but his family and friends tell her to leave him alone. When her brother brings her home for a visit, however, she begins to understand Hajiki's feelings.
Back in Night Town, Katana is fighting with the cops when Zero starts to break down. Just when it seems the police have them an Ateckode and her gang charge in and fight the cops back.
The man Hajiki thought might be his father turned out to be a Techode! Sayuri suddenly appears and offers Hajiki help to take them into space. Before they could leave Katana and Zero show up looking for revenge...
As Sayuri prepairs to leave with Hajiki and Arashi, Katana interrupts the launch and captures Sayuri. Now Hajiki must face a final battle with Katana...
