Two detectives, one who is a crude, hard-hitting, war veteran (her name is Kelly), and her rookie partner Bo take on the best and the worst, mainly the worst, of the New York City streets. High-octane car chases, explosions, and shootouts are just an average day in their world. But there is more to this show than meets the eye, the production company that 'produces' it has a unique way of doing it, which leads to hilarious visuals and comedic juxtapositions.
