During a training, doctor Katrin enjoys an affair with an attractive stranger. At home, everyday life is back with her husband and two children. However, she happens to meet her affair again.

ENT doctor Katrin Schwitters (Anna Schudt) meets a charming stranger (Mark Waschke) on a training trip who brazenly introduces himself as a Russian secret agent. Due to a storm, the two are stranded on an island in the North Sea and spend a wondrously playful evening together. Katrin also slips into the role of an agent on a secret mission - "real" life is left out of this exciting flirtation. For Katrin, who always has to have everything under control, there is no question that this one-off encounter will last. But adventure meets security, seduction meets structure and nothing is as it was before. When she returns to her well-ordered everyday life with her husband Mark (Felix Klare) and their two children Elisa (Luisa Helmer) and Bastian (Tom Gronau), she can't get the chance encounter out of her mind.—ARD
