Anders Leonard Zorn (1860 - 1920) was one of Sweden's foremost artists. He obtained international success as a painter, sculptor, and etcher. This documentary is a close-up portrait of this rather unknown side of Zorn's creation. In addition to a new image of the artist, a personal account is also given of the private person Anders Zorn and his complicated relationship to his wife Emma.—Ulf Kjell Gür
