Synopsis

A young woman walking through the park when a rotting corpse rises from the grave. She is attacked, but escapes and runs inside the El Rey Theatre. Inside the audience consists of the walking dead, waiting for the feature to begin. She sits down and is attacked by the zombies around her as the first clip show begins. Highlights of the movie Zombi 2 (1979) (under it's US title: Zombie) are shown. The film then cuts to a bikini-clad blonde who is abducted by a cyborg. The robot takes the women to the El Rey and the next clip begins, this time from the Jean Rollin film Le lac des morts vivants (1981) (titled under its US title; Zombie Lake). The next woman is seen on top of a cliff with a flowing white sheer gown, narrating a poem about how "the dead will walk again". As she wanders through the beach, another woman in dark house begins to use a voodoo doll. The voodoo is used to summon a zombie that rises from the sand. The woman, now in a trance, strips off her gown and is carried by the zombie to the El Rey for the next feature; La tumba de los muertos vivientes (1982) (Oasis of the Zombies). After these clips, the final woman is shown with her daughter walking though an alley with a zombie stalking them. As the zombie closes in, the film cuts to the next movie; Murder Obsession (1981) (under the US video title Fear). The film then returns to inside the theatre where a zombie is in the projection booth and is tangled up in the film reel. He accidently cuts his finger off when trying to repair the film and the crowd of zombies grow restless. He repairs the film and the next clip-show, La vie amoureuse de l'homme invisible (1970) (under the English title; The Invisible Dead), begins. The mother and daughter from the previous seen are seen entering the theatre. They sit down and the daughter (who is a small child) proceeds to annoy the zombie sitting in front by hitting him with a balloon and blowing a party horn at him. The next highlights clip begins and its La nuit des étoiles filantes (1973) (under the English title; A Virgin Among the Living Dead). This is followed by the final segment of clips from The Astro-Zombies (1968). After the The Astro-Zombies clips finish, a title card of "Good Night Folks!" shows on the cinema screen and the zombies begin celebrating with party hats, confetti and party horns. The film then cuts to the end credits with the woman in the white sheer gown on the cliff in the background.
