Friends Tommy and Angel have kept a deadly secret that has tormented them for 13 years. At a major concert for two popular bands, the fans inside the club strangely become rageful, vicious zombies. An outbreak occurs, leaving lead singer Alana running for her life and getting separated from her bandmates. Now Tommy and Angel must re-live their worst fears as their nightmares become reality and the zombie outbreak is spreading. 13 years ago, a band called Living Corpse recorded a song that was done as an experiment. Nobody knows what was hidden inside the song, but it turned its listeners into rageful zombies. Angel and Tommy were the only ones able to find a way to stop the zombies and save other people by reversing the original. Now, their are both haunted by nightmares of the memory from years ago. Tommy has become introverted and Angel is the only person he confides in about the nightmares. At a local concert, the nightmare once again becomes reality as a mysterious killer mixes a CD marked PHASE II into a band that is performing live, turning the crowd into vicious, blood-thirsty zombies who break out of the club.
The lead singer of the first band, Alana, is outside in the hallway talking to some fans when the outbreak occurs. When she escapes the club, she runs into the serial killer and barely manages to escape. Once Alana finds her band-mates, they must fight to survive and figure out the connection between the serial killer and the zombies to stop the nightmare once and for all.
