In the neighborhood of Ximending in Taipei, the area turns into chaos as a virus sweeps the city. Seemingly overnight, the entire city falls into a bloody post-apocalypse. Finally, gangster bosses, police officers, Swat teams and the citizens cooperate to survive this nightmare.
