Summaries

'Voice of the People' newspaper owner Henry Chandler arranges for journalist Manson to have a thriving magazine: "...you will attack dishonesty, corruption, crooks, sell-out politicians. But be aware that this will put you under the magnifying glass too, that you will be like a goldfish in a fishbowl... Goldfish have nowhere to hide, Manson." In doing so, he reminds him that if he wants to criticize, he himself must be clean and blameless. But the obstacle to this purity is Manson's wife Linda, who wants to live the high life.—EuroFan
