The bizarre adventures that occur around Zazoo U, a school where the extraordinary is ordinary.

Zazoo U is a school for the adventurous. Its students consist of Griz, a hoggish stubborn but good-hearted pig; Bully Wooly Mammoth, a gentle giant who loves to play the piano; and Slogo and Logan, two Eastern-European relatives who come from a carnival and bring their circus-antics into the school with them. And it's not just the students: Miss Devine is an extravagant bohemian teacher with a pet "rarf" (an unknown species); the science lecturer, Dr Russell, is a walrus; and the music teacher thinks of himself as the new Frank Sinatra and always sings a song. Much of the school's involves talent agents from outer space, invisible strings seen only through imagination, and most notably live-action kids who stampede around when the bell rings (woe betide anyone in their path). However, in spite of all these insane occurrences, there is always a sane moral at the center of the story that aids in instructing a lesson to the students as well as the viewer.—Q. Leo Rahman
