The play is adapted from the novel of the same name by Jiu Lu Feixiang. Li Shuang, the female general of Tai Jin Dynasty, is brave and good at fighting. She was ordered to find the hidden spy within a month. One day, Li Shuang accidentally rescued a man who was seriously injured and had lost all memory, and brought him back to the military camp. The man begged Li Shuang to take him in and follow her in the war. Li Shuang gave him the name Jin'an, which means the long-term peace and stability of the Jin Dynasty. The two worked together to uncover the spy, but they encountered deliberate embarrassment from the new supervisor and repeated crimes from neighboring Dayao. Jin An relied on his extraordinary resourcefulness to overcome difficulties and dangers with Li Shuang, and the two secretly fell in love. Jin'an gradually remembered that his true identity was actually the King of Zhenshi of Dayao. At that time, war was about to break out, and the two had no choice but to fight each other.
