Bumbling simpleton Yeong-koo is back, this time comes across an egg that hatches a baby dinosaur. Yeong-koo befriends it, but chaos ensues as the mother comes into the picture.

When Young-gu finds an enormous dinosaur egg, Gu and the newly hatched baby dinosaur, Zzu Zzu, soon become friends. They are kidnapped by stupid villains, and Zzu Zzu's mom comes to Seoul to find her baby causing the usual chaos and mayhem. The army is sent out to stop the dinosaur leading to a climatic battle.
