While Carl and Pauly are asked to team up with two adult agents to take down an adult agent turned criminal mastermind, their new love interests, Mia and Audrey, decide to be the next female agents at Young Agency.

Taking place one year after the first Young Agents, this sequel introduces adults and their town, Adultville. Carl and Pauly are asked to team up with adult agents Carlos Robinson and Doug Larcom to take down Balthazar Benson, a former adult agent turned criminal gang leader. Meanwhile, Evie Miles, the temporary head of Young Agency, has Judy help her train 16-year-old Mia Purcell and Audrey Walshman, Carl and Pauly's new love interests, to be new agents at Young Agency.
