This story is about a part of an area in Delhi city where life is as cheap as a bullet. The whole administration is fail to maintain peace in the city just because of the fight of supremacy between Chhemu Pahalwan, one of the gangsters, and Nasir Pahalwan the another gangster. Vipin Yadav the Sub Inspector, an honest Police Officer wants to see a change in the city. He could see that gangsters do Loots and crimes in the city but the Police department always ignore those bad people. W. Daral the Senior Police Officer always advices Yadav just to mind his own business andnot to get indulged in criminal records just like other officers of the department do. Being Inspired from these two gangsters other youngsters of the city also get indulge in crime and they dream to be another face of crime. Wakil, another gangster whose father had been a big criminal and had command over the city during his time, now Wakil carries on the legacy of his father, other hand Wakil's elder brother joins politics. Wakil now wants expansion of his area and power so he invites different gangsters and collaborates with them. Now Yadav was the biggest bump for all thegangsters. Therefore with proper plotting he was charged with another job in different department. Now let's find out who will be the main ruler of 'Yamuna paar'? Would Yadav be able to finish crime and criminals although he was transferred in another branch? Who would have complete control over the city either the administration or the Gangsters?
