Magdi is a young man who lives alone because of his obesity which keeps him away from his friends. He gets into many situations that makes him uncomfortable, so he decides to ask his uncle for help.

A very obese young man, "Magdi (Ahmed Helmy), is a talented, successful cartoonist but lives in a terrible vacuum, suffering loneliness and isolation because of massive obesity and inability to move; however it becomes a Wailing Wall for his friends who do not feel ashamed of suffering to him their own problems. He wonders if he will ever have a relationship or fall in love. He eats extremely and is creative in filling his stomach, but it's difficult for him to turn over or get up without help. His Uncle Azmi (Ibrahim Nasr) tries to help him lose weight so he doesn't turn out like him: he suffers from multiple illnesses and never found a wife, so he has spent his life alone, empty except for food.—Waleed El Kady
