Getting involved with lifelong criminals, he soon discovers how destructive their methods can be. A hit man kills Chico's cousin and his wife causing this rookie dealer to finish a bloody street war he didn't start. Vengeance and murder are the only rules when Chico, a dealer new to the trade gets in over his head. After a deal goes bad, Chico is forced to sell his house to his cousin to pay back drug dealer Dino. Still $20,000 short, Chico plans a deadly robbery but time has run out and Dino sends a hit man to Chicos' house to collect his money. When the hit man mistakenly kills Chico's cousin and his wife, the battle becomes a full blown war and Chico won't stop until Dino pays.
