Ed Fullington is learning to enjoy a new life in the suburbs until a registered sex offender moves into the neighborhood. He soon discovers a powder keg of latent intolerance that threatens to rip this idyllic little world apart.
Ed Fullington and his wife Michelle are fresh transplants to the suburbs looking to enjoy a simpler life. A nice house, a great job, and a handful of new friends are enough to convince even socially awkward Ed that he's found a place to call home. But this fragile comfort is threatened when a registered sex offender moves into the neighborhood. While Ed is content to internalize the matter, his new friends are much more aggressive in their objections to the new neighbor. A series of pranks escalates into something terrible as Ed's American Dream becomes a horrific reflection of his own bitter illusions. Bad things happen. Ed Fullington came to the suburbs to find himself. He doesn't like what he finds.—Mike Watne
