A construction worker seeking revenge, moonlights as a vigilante, and thwarts the completion of a sizable drug deal. A malevolent cartel boss kidnaps the workers wife, only to find he has underestimated the tenacity of his new adversary.

John, a construction worker, moonlighting as a vigilante, grieves over the recent abduction of his wife. A detective friend, sympathetic to his plight, feeds John information about released criminals in hopes of serving them justice outside the system. After leading the bust of a drug lab containing a mysterious substance, the Kingpin of the affected cartel kidnaps the detective's girlfriend and held ransom until the mysterious "weapon" is returned. Working together on the other side of the law in an effort to find the detectives girlfriend, John realizes the Kingpin is not only behind his own wife's disappearance, but behind a plot against the entire city as well.—Bryan Petersen
