While looking into the disappearance of a jai alai athlete, an insurance investigator is targeted by the sexy all-girl army of rogue transplant surgeon Dr. Tsu.
Dr. Tsu is a brilliant surgeon with her own exotic island off the coast of Manila. Using her sexy, all-girl army of martial-arts experts, Tsu kidnaps some of the world's greatest athletes. She is able to transplant any body part, so she uses the athletes for spare parts to sell to the world's richest men. A handsome, tough investigator "Mike Harbor" (Ross Hagen) is sent in to investigate the kidnaping of topthe kidnapping of the world's top athletes by women. It leads him to the Philippines,where he follows up dangerous leads, and serveral attempts are made on his life by men. Later, a beautiful woman (Maria De Aragon) tries to kill him. After a dramatic long foot , and car chase throughtthe city streets of Manila, he catches her, and forces her to revealwhere she came from. She leads him to an island where there is an beautiful, but evil, female Eurasian Dr. name Tsu (Nancy Kwan). Dr. Tsu is using the bodies of theseathletes and for transplants to her rich clients. The evil Dr. Is protected by her all female army dressed in gold satin mini-dresses armed with machine guns, which makes for a climaticbattle with the hero in which a lot of these beautiful bad girls are shot dead, in a climatic runninggun battle against the hero (Ross Hagen)!
