After a conflict between Kronstadt's native inhabitants and the resident foreigners, the foreigners decide to leave the city to make the native inhabitants aware which and how many services (like trash removal) were done by foreigners. The movie basically shows the "downfall" of the city until they finally beg the foreigners to come back and resume their jobs.—Benedikt Heinen <[email protected]>
