A young woman joins an exclusive Model UN competition, representing the Republic of Estonia. She is quickly overwhelmed by the intense competition that ensues, as the other, more experienced delegates vie for a scholarship awarded to the best delegate. With the support of one of her chairs, Estonia works to overcome her fear of public speaking, becoming more active and better at navigating procedures. But not everyone is playing by the rules. From the start, the Kenyan delegate employs increasingly ruthless tactics to win the top prize. Instead of just being a good negotiator, Kenya bullies and manipulates people into making concessions. But when things escalate, Estonia teams up with one of the journalists from the conference and begins to investigate.
