Mansour Pasha recommends the rich with all his wealth to his evil sons (Mr. Omar), and the judge (Othman Bey) is kind-hearted. While (Othman Bey) and his son drown and the two die and leave his wife (Faika Hanem), and his daughter without a livelihood, Faika Hanem is forced to buy a child in order to keep her share of inheritance and her daughter, when the child grows up, he befriends the son of Mr. Omar, and walks down the path of corruption. Fayka Hanim resorts to threatening him to remind him of his origin, and depriving him of inheritance, which pushes him to threaten her with death and falls unless he was taken into account.
