The world-renowned thief Carmen Sandiego (Rita Moreno) has, with the help of her henchmen, stolen the landmarks of the world, and it's up to ACME Detective Agency sleuths Zack (Scott Menville) and Ivy (Jennifer Hale) to get them back.
