We'll explore the strengths and struggles districts, professionals and parents across America face in designing programs and services to meet the unique needs of children and youth with disabilities, to prepare them for further education, future employment and independent living. The film will illustrate how thoughtful communication, and relationships can lead to better outcomes and fewer special education disputes.
