Big Nate, Lincoln Peirce's comic strip character, finds himself plagued constantly by a villain who succeeds in blowing up his nose which he uses to wreak havoc upon the world. Nate then has a strange dream in which he discovers a powerful remote, which he must find in the real world to use to destroy the villain. His journey is guided by the Powerful One, the God of the entire Universe, who informs him he is up against a serious threat.
