Two twin brothers, one with Multiple Sclerosis and the other with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, create superhero identities for themselves to try to capture a serial killer terrorizing their area.

Elliott, a Multiple Sclerosis sufferer and his Obsessive Compulsive Disordered twin brother Lucas decide to fight against a sadistic and murderous surgeon despite their afflictions.
