The film's action takes place in our days. Location - Russia. One of the main characters (Alexei) leads an ordinary life, nothing remarkable. He works in the office mostly. All life consists of habitual and boring, repetitive nonsense: home, work, girls ... His work does not inspire much. But everything can change in a moment? Accidentally, he encounters on a city square with a girl roller-skating and it seems to him that now he fell in love. But not always it is. Alexey understands this only when he meets another girl, Varvara, who has cursed him not only with her red hair, but also with a completely different view of this world.And now Alexei is ready for decisive changes in his life. He decides to change the profile of his company and switch to agriculture in the area of the area where Varvara lives. In addition, the land can now be obtained completely free of charge from the state. But not selfish motives lead Alexei. He leads to the village rather the desire to be close to Varvara and the desire to work in a team that is more clearly manifested on the ground than in the office.By coincidence, Mikhail decided to take the land in that area. He is also a native of these places, but he has long lived in Moscow, in the capital and was soaked in this metropolitan gloss both inside and out. Therefore, his decision to take the land and led to the amazement of all his Moscow friends and girlfriends. But Misha is driven by completely different feelings than Alexei. Mikhail would like to simply use the right of free land acquisition and to derive the maximum income from this. But that's bad luck! The earth can hardly tolerate speculators.
