Summaries

They failed as a couple, but as parents Julia and Tom share custody of their daughter Anni after their divorce. Driven by her hurt feelings, Julia begins to systematically alienate the girl from her father.

A good year after their divorce, Julia and Tom are once again in court. At Julia's request, custody of their daughter is to be decided anew. During the questioning, eight-year-old Anni panics - she would rather be dead than have anything to do with her father. What has led to this vehement rejection? A year earlier things still look different. In the divorce it was agreed that Julia and Tom would share custody. Anni spends every other weekend with her father, whom she loves dearly. Tom, unlike Julia, has a new partner. Anni gets on well with Jenny and her little daughter Mia - something like a new family is growing together. Only Julia cannot cope with the new situation. In her pain, she begins to manipulate Anni and turn her against her father. Tom's meetings with his daughter are prevented again and again, supposedly he forgets Anni because of the new family. Tom does not understand what is going on for a long time. When Julia gets a lawyer and fights tooth and nail to get joint custody revoked, it becomes clear that she wants to push Tom out of Anni's life. In doing so, she sets a process in motion that escalates more and more and increasingly disturbs the girl.
