This show is all about the adventures of a dog named Timothy, and his two friends Laura and Sid, who live in Canine City.

Timothy is a dog who lives in Canine City and has a lot of friends. His best friends are Laura and Sid. They often have to fight against Matt, a mean and rotten dog who is a bully to everyone especially Timothy. They have to stop Matt from hurting other dog's feelings. All the dogs in Canine City have teeny-tiny dogs living on top of their heads. Sometimes they explore the world and get into hilarious situations.

"We are the Dogs" was an 80s cartoon that took place in the fictional town of Canine City, USA. The main character was a dog named Timothy, who was kindhearted and had a lot of friends. His best friends were Laura, who loved to roller-blade, and Sid, who was very clumsy. They had a lot of adventures together. Other dogs in Canine City included Warren, Thelma, Max, Sandy, Lily, and many others. The villain of the series was a mean dog named Matt. He bullied everyone especially Timothy, and was often accompanied by Spike, Hugo, and a bunch of bulldogs. Most episodes focused on Timothy and his friends trying to stop Matt from doing bad things.
