Wattoo Wattoo is an ovoid bird from the cube-shaped planet called Auguste. He discovers the existence of the Earth-dwelling civilization of the Zwas, a goose-like race of birds. The Zwas have created big cities, but they have a self-destructive way of life. They are thoughtless and ill-mannered, though they have a capacity for kindness. Wattoo Wattoo decides to teach them ways to improve their lives. The alien bird can shape-shift into many forms.
