A weekend of hiking turns into a fight for survival when five friends become caught in a revenge horror fueled by supernatural forces.
Five unsuspecting friends plan a weekend hiking through Waterfall Valley. As they enjoy the beauty of rain forests, they see what they did not expect. Dark figures and shadows following them everywhere, seeding the root of horror and fear. Little did they know that present happenings are closely tied to past events and that spiritual phenomenon has always protected Waterfall Valley. Thirty five years earlier a white mayor and his friends in a small town near by go on an alcohol fueled rampage to kill an innocent black man. In a racist rage they burn his house down. They have murdered the last known living hair of the Lakari People and his land was stolen by one of the instigators. And now the perfect time has come for an ultimate revenge opportunity.—Stinga T
When a white mayor of a country town finds out his daughter is pregnant to a young local Aboriginal man, the last of the Laraki people, he claims foul play. Despite his daughter's protestations, the mayor and a group of rednecks burn down the man's house with him inside.
Eight months later the girl takes her newborn son to the scene of his father's death. Meanwhile, after months of hunting, one of the rednecks has managed to track her down and shoots her, unaware of the baby cradled in her arms. As he drives off into the distance, out of the darkness floats a figure that envelops the boy from the dying mother's arms.
Fast forward 25 years to a group of five young friends on their way to a relaxed weekend at an elite retreat. The large, remote house has lain empty for years after mysterious circumstances which the late owner's son fails to divulge to his friends. Circumstances that may have made them think twice when they stumble upon a hidden valley.
As dark figures plague the retreat and a friend goes missing, the group calls on the support of the local ranger. But is the edgy, young ranger really on their side? Or is there something more sinister seeking revenge?
