Vijay Malhotra is a 75 year old single brat, a hard nut, a deadpan and an alcoholic, after spending 30 years in prison he comes out in the dystopian society to rediscover his city where he is completely alone with the longings of his memories but in all the grief he still has a reason to relive by finding his longtime girlfriend Vinni. Out of surprise he is wandering in the dense streets of Mumbai, travelling in the modern transport system, spending time in city malls to find the address of Vinni. Meanwhile he meet one of his old time chap who never came to see him after he got arrested. He takes the address of Vinni from him but later finds that she had relocated to Mudh Island. Finally when Vijay meets Vinni at her high rise apartment he discovers that she is totally changed and have no sympathy left for him. He feels tormented and decides to end his life because neither his beloved city nor his past darling have accepted him. Lonely Vijay one day coincidentally met another woman Sujata from his past life and he get another ray of hope to live. Sujata invites Vijay for dinner but before he could reach her house he get arrested for a past offense.—Abhishek bhatnagar
